Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund, provided you notify us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of receipt, and the products are returned to us promptly in their original, saleable condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of faulty goods or goods not as described. For your protection, we recommend returning products via recorded or registered post and retaining proof of postage. Refunds will be processed promptly and credited to the original payment method and, in any case, will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned items.
