Our sneakers are made to order, so the turnaround time can range from 10 to 30 days depending on the distance between your location and our studio.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for payment.

4. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
We will personally email you with your order details and tracking information.

5. How should I clean my custom sneakers?
Our custom sneakers are handcrafted and should be treated with care. We recommend hand-washing them using a bristle brush, sponge, and trainer cleaning products.

6. Is the paint on the sneakers durable?
Our secret formula of paint and varnishes is crack and water resistant, ensuring durability.

7. Can I return or get a refund if I order the wrong size?
Since our sneakers are part of a limited edition run with a specific number of pairs per collection, we cannot reproduce additional pairs. Therefore, we cannot accept replacements or refunds for orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your products for a full refund, provided we get them back within 14 days from purchase and in perfect original sale-able condition in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
